大日亭津高店の後にできたカルビマニア!
岡山でマニア系列というと、「貝マニア」「魚マニア」とあって、どこも人気のイメージ。
緊急事態宣言中お休みされている店舗も多いのですが、こちらのカルビマニアさん時短で営業を続けられていたので行ってきました!
店内外は大日亭さんの雰囲気を残しつつ、盛り付けはお皿はおしゃれな感じになってます。
看板メニューの「縛りタン」
・近江牛新鮮炙りレバー
・ハラミ
・上カルビ
・阿波おどり
・小腸
・糸切り和牛ユッケ
縛りタンは薄切りタンの中に刻みネギがたっぷり入っていて、味も食感も良い感じでした!
